Aug-Oct. Sundays @ Pinder’s – 1 Week Drop-in
There’s nothing worse than laboring away in your garden all weekend only to end up side-lined by injury just when you’re ready to enjoy it! Prevent the aches and pains that come from digging, stooping, carrying, and hauling with this fitness class series. You’ll learn concepts, skills, and stretches to help you stay active and enjoy your garden for years. The only equipment you need is a yoga mat! This class is designed for complete beginners as well as those who are fit but might need a reminder to slow down and take care of themselves.
This series runs every Sunday 8/18-10/6 (8 weeks) from 1PM-2:30PM.
